As North Macedonia doesn't belong to the Schengen Area please make sure that you comply with the requirements of the local immigration laws.

The full conference fee is 450€.

Note that the reduced fees as in #28, #29 and #30 cannot be combined.
Maximum reduction is 50%

fill it in and send it to the designated email address of the hotel. 

The booking form requires sharing your credit card information. For data security reasons, we would recommend that you use the alternative option for payment by bank transfer.  

Your registration information will be shared with the EPEA and with the
contracted event management in Skopje.

By submitting this form you agree that photos of yours may be taken for the
EPEA network promotion.

You can contact us about your information and request changes or the deletion of the data at this email address: secretary@epea.org.

Please note that in case of the data deletion, the cancellation policy still applies.

Conference fee refund policy:

Cancellations made before the 15th of August, will be reimbursed 90% of the fee.

Cancellations made before the 30th of September will be reimbursed 50% of the
fee.

Cancellations made after the 30th of September will not be reimbursed because of commitments with the conference venue.
